After becoming a victor in the Hunger Games, Katniss Everdeen finds herself as a symbol of the revolt against the Government.  With unrest mounting in the districts, Katniss receives a stern warning from the President not to provoke further unrest.  However when she is called up to reappear in the arena for the next Hunger Games, this becomes a difficult task.  Like the first book this is a compelling story of a girl’s struggle against tyranny.
